We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer our clients a pleasing refund policy.
We have the following refund policies in place for each of our respective products and services:.

With our “no refund” policy on downloadable digital products / Mini-Courses, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to retrieve it once it has been downloaded. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credits or a money back guarantee to the extent permitted by law.

With our 30-day conditional refund policy on both Mentorship Services – refunds are conditional upon fulfillment of the following requirements.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also know that our clients need to put in effort to implement our unique methodology in order to get the results they seek.
For this reason, we offer a 30-days refund policy, but in order to be eligible for refund you must demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the mentorship program’s teachings and strategies without success.
(You must send evidence of your efforts with your refund request).
In addition to attempting to implementing the program’s teachings and strategies, you must have also attended/booked at least 3 live / 1:1 sessions available in the mentorship program.
(We will verify your attendance with our internal records).
If you have met these 2 requirements, we will issue you a 50% refund of the amount paid for the mentorship program.
Refund amount will be reimbursed in 3 monthly installments.
Our refund policy is in addition to any legal rights you have, and it in no way replaces those rights.

With our 7-days policy on Done-For-You Services – we undertake full execution to build out the marketing, and sales assets on behalf of the client.
As such, once expenses have been made and both capital resources and human resources have been deployed to execute on the client’s instruction, we cannot offer a refund payment for work done for the customer.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of making payment for the Done-For-You Services stating the reason for requesting a refund.
If such reason is one that can be rectified by Emmy Brands, steps will be taken to make necessary adjustment to meet your reasonable requests. However, if the reason is not such as can be rectified, we will refund your money back retaining 15% as a surcharge to cover initial client expenses incurred by Emmy Brands (including onboarding, set up, bank charges).
Any refund request made after the stated timeframe of 7-days, is no longer valid.
